A few weeks ago, I made a trip down the Peninsula to the Mountain View Farmer's Market. I bought some pretty little delicata squash for super cheap. I've never eaten delicata squash so I googled "Paleo delicata squash" and landed on this great recipe. It was delicata delicious!
