About Me

Chapina Chows: I went "Paleo" this year...started January 9th and love food and cooking even more because of it. I initially created this blog as a way to keep track of the things I'm cooking and eating but also to inspire others to enjoy cooking and eating well. My new motto is LOVE PEOPLE. COOK THEM TASTY FOOD. Hope you enjoy cooking and eating with others as much as I do! P.S. This blog, similar to my life, is "Under Construction", a "work in progress" and I'm okay with that.
